Dear Patient,
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot since the start of the pandemic, and all of us are looking forward to eventually resuming our normal habits and routines. We were pleased to resume our normal office hours in May 2020 and we have been continuing to prioritizing the health and safety of our patients.
At Broadway Family Dental, the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Therefore, we kindly ask that all patients and staff wear protected masks while in the office. If you do not have a mask, we will be happy to provide one for you. Secondly, we ask that patients please refrain from arriving more than 30 minutes prior to your appointment. If you prefer to arrive early, we ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time. We would like to respect the social distancing guidelines as much as possible, by minimizing waiting room traffic.
We would like to remind the patients that our Infection control has always been, and continues to be a priority for our practice, Our infection control protocol follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Rest assured that we are taking every measure to ensure the wellness of everyone who walks in our door.
We look forward to seeing you all at the dentist!
Dr. Pete & staff
